6-Day Summer Road Tour in Andalucia

DAY 1: You will you will be picked at Malaga airport up in the afternoon between 13:00 and 17:00 hours; there will be a guide with a visible sign in the arrivals lobby. From here, you will be transported with your bike and luggage to our base camp Los Olivos CTTC in Alcala la Real. There will be a briefing after the welcome dinner.
Day 2 - 1st Ride
This is an out and back ride that will take us through the town of Montefrio (World Heritage site) returning to the cortijo.

Hills: up 46.4%, down 46.22%, flat 7.37%
Day 3 - 2nd Ride
This is a loop ride that takes us on a downhill to San Jose Rabita before some nice climbing through olive country into Alcala la Real – optional stop for coffee, lunch, etc, rhen a short climb back to the cortijo.

Day 4 - 3rd Ride
Loop ride that takes us through Alcala la Real, Castillo de Locubin and Ventas de Carrizal, then climbing thorugh Sabariego with beautiful mountain views with a last climb up to the cortijo.

Day 5 - 4th and Final Ride
Loop ride that takes us through Ribera Baja, Santa Ana and Alcala la Real with an optional stop for coffee or lunch.

Day 6 - End of Tour
Riders will have breakfast, pack their bikes and luggage and be transported to Malaga airport to return home.
Total tour distance is 201km with a total climbing elevation of 4,051 m.
Details
Price per person sharing a room is € 589 inclusive of VAT – booking deposit is € 200. Full payment to be made 10 days before arrival. No refunds upon cancellation after full payment has been made, however, if you are not able to come after having paid in full, don’t worry, your place will be saved for you for one year.
Includes
Breakfast and dinner, support data (GPS information) and maps and return transport to Malaga airport.
Must
Cyclists must have medical and personal accident insurance that includes cover for sports activities – must include road cycling and/or mountain biking, and repatriation to home country.
Recommended
Recommended gear ratio: compact or semi-compact with 11-28 cassette.
Excludes
Flights, bike, lunch, personal travel insurance, shoes, helmet, clothing.
Note
There are many good bike shops in the area that can supply spare parts, however, we suggest that you bring with you any spare part you think is special to your bike and that may prove difficult to obtain quickly in any standard bike shop.
