About Janice
Janice Clarke is a Soft Tissue Therapist specialised in the treatment of sports injuries. She has a Level 4 certificate in Sports Massage and has completed courses in Accupunture, Dry Needling and Kinesio Taping from Sports Therapy UK. As a triathlete herself, Janice brings together her passion and interest in sports to her work as a soft tissue therapist to help individuals and teams progress from being able to perform normal daily physical functions to sporting and highly skilled activities.
Soft Tissue Therapy is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. It is applicable for sports people as it helps in prevention and recovery from soft tissue injuries.
Experience
I have successfully treated different athletes of varying sports levels such as in the London Marathon 2017, Oceanic Triathlon Series in the United Arab Emirates, local triathletes, Trail runners, football players and cyclists in Huerto Tajar and Alcala la Real, Spain, and others.

VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy (QCF) 16/3/2017, and VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Award (QCF) 17/5/2018
