A great cycling get-away
From the 29 April to 04 May 2022
Day 1
- Pick up at Granada or Malaga Airport and drive to Los Olivos Cycling and Triathlon Training Camp (LOCTTC).
- Settling in at LOCTTC – allocation of rooms – beer & Spanish tapas on the terrace overlooking a great sunset.
- Dinner in the Town of Alcala la Real – choice of restaurants – include options that allow for vegetarians, fish, etc. Package includes 2 course meal plus 1 drink. Extra drinks to be paid for by the guest.
Day 2 - 1st Ride
- Breakfast
- Cycle ride: Start from the house, to Alcala La Real-Santa Ana-Castillo de Locubin-Sabariego-San Jose de La Rabita and then back to the house: Total distance 74 km with 1,475 meters of vertical gain.
- Following the cycle ride/activities: Relax at the house: Coffee/tea, cake and biscuits or beer and tapas (depending on preference).
- Dinner in the town of Alcala la Real.
- Ascent 1,475 m | Descent 1,477 m
Day 3 - 2nd Ride
- Breakfast
- Cycle ride: Limones Loop 108 km and 2,349 meters of vertical gain.
- Following the cycle ride/activities: Relax at the house: Coffee/tea, cake and biscuits or beer and tapas (depending on preference).
- Dinner in the town of Alcala la Real.
- Ascent 2,349 m | Descent 2,349 m
Day 4 - 3rd ride
- Breakfast
- Cycle Ride: Frailes (lollipop) loop 75 km with 1,766 meters of vertical gain
- Following the cycle ride/activities: Relax at the house: Coffee/tea, cake and biscuits or beer and tapas (depending on preference)
- Dinner in the town of Alcala la Real.

Day 5 - End of Holiday
Riders will have breakfast, pack their bikes and luggage to return home… transfer to Granada or Malaga airport.

These days can be extended should you wish to stay longer.

PRICE: €598 per rider sharing accommodation. Single supplement €115 per rider per day.

FLIGHT OPTIONS: Best flight options are Turkish Airlines to Malaga or Emirates Airlines to Granada. Pick up and drop off available for both airline options.
Includes
- Fully guided and supported rides.
- Water and seasonal fruit at pre-arranged stops.
- Accommodation in beautiful ensuite rooms in the cortijo/house or in our flat in the town of Alcala La Real.
- Daily laundering of cycling kit.
- Breakfast, packed lunch and dinner.
- Transfers to and from Granada or Malaga airport.
The Cortijo (country home) has two rooms with double bed and two rooms with two single beds. If you wish to have a room to yourself, you will be required to pay the single supplement.
An additional option would be to stay in our flat in the town of Alcala La Real which has one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds and one room with a single bed. For this option the cyclists will be picked up at a designated meeting point/time in the morning to be brought up to the cortijo/house to start the cycle ride. For those staying in the flat breakfast will be arranged in a nearby café.

Note
There is an excellent bike shop in town that will assemble your bike for €17 and can also supply spare parts, however, we suggest that you bring with you any spare part you think is special to your bike and that may prove difficult to obtain quickly in any standard bike shop. CO2 cartridges, spare tubes and spare tyres will be available on the support vehicle at reasonable prices.
